Lydia Lee
Lydia was the co-founder of the luxury goods brand, Aspinal of London. This was a start up at the time and Aspinal has since grown into an internationally recognised luxury brand.
Coming from a background of fashion design she trained at Central St Martin's College of Art and created the name and visual branding of Aspinal. She was head of Design and Production for 15 years and is still a shareholder and on the board as a non-executive director of Aspinal, 20 years on..
As a serial entrepreneur, she simultaneously launched a luxury residential property business which involved buying properties, designing them, letting them out and managing them. As a professional landlord, her greatest challenge was dealing with boiler breakdowns, leaks and plumbing issues and she realised that central heating and plumbing accounted for 70% of her emergencies, repair costs and headache.
After years of dealing with unreliable and frustrating plumbing and heating companies, she decided that it would be a natural synergy for her to launch a new business that serviced her biggest challenge.
Coming from a luxury and service background like Aspinal, where our mission was to offer second to none customer service combined with offering a high quality product, she is fanatical about this concept and - it has proven to be a winning formula.

Lydia's mission for Boilergurus is just that: to offer a 5 star deluxe customer service, together with the highest quality product.
The top dog of the company is Michal Jablonski. With extensive experience in this industry, he is still very much hands-on, as with years of experience comes knowledge and skill. It is unsurprising that he has the rare ability to diagnose all boiler problems within minutes, as there is no technical problem he has hasn’t come across before or not been able to resolve.
Michal started in the industry in 2008 as an apprentice engineer at British Gas and has been qualified as Gas Safe engineer for 15 years. He founded his first company Urban
Glow Surrey 12 years ago, which is highly regarded in the Woking and Surrey area with an immensely loyal customer base.
Uniting Michal’s experience and expertise, Boilergurus is the brain child born of out of a proven and successful central heating company, fused with the entrepreneurial, creative and business management skills brought by Lydia.
