This extended warranty is a prestigious accolade, that other companies do not offer. We issue you with the Buildings Regulations Gas Safe certificate and your Parts and Labour Warranty Certificate, normally on the same day or within 48 hours. Our installation quotes are at a fixed price.
Boiler repairs
We are experts at diagnosing boiler faults rapidly, due to the extensive 15 years experience of head engineer and co-founder Michal. We keep a multitude of the most common spare parts on board our vans, which means you save money on repeat call outs and most importantly, your boiler can be repaired within the first call out, same day, on the spot.
Gas Safe Annual Boiler Service
Our certificates are high tech & digital, with photos attached of the works we have carried out during the service and of all critical issues. In addition to your boiler service, we carry out an depth inspection & full diagnosis of all individual boiler components, to identity future potential faults and wearing of parts. This assists customers to proactively avoid expensive emergency call outs at the most inconvenient (and expensive) time of year, such as during a major public holiday! We are determined in setting the new Gold standard in the Gas Safe boiler service industry.
Replacing unvented Hot Water Cylinders
We are experts at replacing your existing unvented hot water cylinder - commonly known as a Megaflo. We can move or keep it in the existing location. As part of a an unvented hot water cylinder installation, we also replace & include the following so you have a brand new system with a 25 year warranty. We supply and replace the following as part of our hot water cylinder installation service : •Expansion vessel •Pressure reducing valve •Check valve •Expansion release valve •Cylinder control thermostat •2 port valve As we replace a vast quantity of unvented hot water cylinders on a daily basis, we have excellent prices with our suppliers for Megaflo, Gledhill, Joules for next day delivery so if you have an emergency, we can install your cylinder rapidly. Although Megaflo are the most well-known brand and the ‘Rolls Royce’ of hot water cylinders, for customers wanting to spend a little less, we recommend Gledhill which we feel are engineered just as well and also come with a 25 year warranty.

Our certificates are digital so are received instantly. Our call outs and work is time stamped digitally with an exact arrival and departure time for peace of mind. Additionally, our Gas safe services and CP12 certificates all come with numerous photos attached within. We also carry out an depth inspection and full diagnosis of all individual boiler components to identity future potential faults and wearing of parts, to proactively avoid expensive emergency call outs. If we identify any potential problems we advise you, together with photographic evidence.
